One card six challenges.

Well this week has just flown by. I've been busy on several projects this week and had a great day on Wednesday with friends. Only I could go to a two hour Calligraphy class and arrive home six hours later(I only live 5 minutes from the class). Lets just say I got side tracked by lunch, a visit to a local craft shop and a coffee shop definitely my kind of day.
This card is for several challenges
Friday Sketchers challenge 86- the sketch
Papertake weekly - Pretty Pink Papertake- the colour pink.
A Spoon Full of Sugar - lots of layering. There are three layers on my
oval.
Incy Wincy Designs Colour me wonderful- use your favourite colouring medium. I've used my Ink Tense watercolour pencils.
Creative Card Crew -Punches - I've used my leaf punch, a flower punch to make one layer of the flowers and my oval punch for the sentiment.
Quixotic Challenge 10 - Ink Up an old stamp well I've had this since last year and only used it once before.
The picture isn't brilliant the light is bouncing off the mirri card but if I wait until tomorrow in daylight to take I photo I may well forget altogether.

Friday Sketchers 84./Charisma Cardz

Well what do you know, no postings for almost a month and now you get two in one day but like buses they always seem to come in twos.
This card is for two challenges Charisma Cardz whose challenge this week is a colour combo of pink, brown, toffee and cream and I've followed the sketch this week from Friday Sketchers challenge 84.

Sketch Saturday 85

A Belated Happy New Year blogging buddies. I hope you all had an enjoyable Christmas and New Year and weren't too snowed in. We had a great time with family and friends.
Can you believe it's been nearly a month since my last posting doesn't time fly. Until today I haven't even touched my crafty stash since before Christmas because I have been rather poorly. I must be ill not to have touched my crafty stash.Along with my usual FMS/CFS I've also been suffering from lots of migraines once again and for the last two weeks I've been suffering from a severe dose of tonsillitis and sinusitis. I've even only been out once this year so far and that was to the doctors.
Anyway enough ramblings on my poorly state of health which I'm sure you don't want to hear about and on to the card. This card is for Sketch Saturday challenge 85.The stamp is one I brought from Ally Pally last September and have only just got around to using.I've added a little bit of sparkle around the edges but it doesn't show up too well in the photo.

Charisma Cardz/Creative Card

This card is for two challenges Charisma Cards whose challenge is anything but Christmas and Creative Card Crew who have set the challenge anything goes.
My great niece Niamh turned one at the beginning of December and so this is a card I made for her. My friend Gill showed me a Christmas card she had made like this and I thought it would make a great little card for Niamh. So thanks Gill for the inspiration. I used my Ellie the Elephant stamps from Stamposaurus and covered with my grey fun flock.

New Beginnings

Well I don't know about you but here in Essex we had lots of that white stuff fall last night. The garden looks very pretty and two foxes were having great fun chasing snowflakes and rolling in the snow last night. As for me I am staying well tucked up indoors until it's gone.
The theme at Daring Cardmakers this week is New Beginnings. This is a card I was commissioned to make a couple of months ago but have never got around to putting on my blog until now. They wanted me to use the colours pale green and pink so this fits the bill although the photo does not do it justice I'm afraid. I had to take it a night and as we all know cards don't photograph well by artificial light.
I hope you all have an enjoyable and safe Christmas.

Secret Crafter Challenge 62

Well I hope you've all had a great weekend and have finished all your Christmas cards and shopping. Hubby has finally got around to painting the kitchen ceiling this week, which leaves the walls and woodwork to do. Who knows he may even get it finished in time for Christmas, not that I will be doing any cooking this year.
Just a quick card as I've had a terrible migraine again today. This card is for The Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge which this week is snow. This card is for someone who is as mad about horses as I am about parrots.I've purposely made the card very simple to show off the horse.

Here comes Summer

Ok well maybe not just yet. However the theme over at Charisma Cards this week is "I'm Dreaming of Summertime" and we all need cheering up what with all the rain we've been having just lately. I've combined this with the challenge sketch at Sketch Saturday challenge 80 this week.
I must apologise for the poor quality photo but I won't get a chance to take one in daylight tomorrow as hubby is taking the camera and going on a boys day out.
